Photography tours
Pilatus is our home mountain and the tour we know best. For the right season and subject we also travel further afield. Everything runs as a private day, a small group or a multi-day workshop.

These tours are away from our home ground. We plan each one individually around your dates and the season.
Name the species
We also plan private days around a single species. If it lives in Switzerland and can be photographed responsibly, ask us.

Kingfisher
A blue streak over slow water, and a patient wait beside the right perch.

Bee-eater
The most colourful bird in Switzerland, here for one short summer season.

Alpine marmot
Family life in the high meadows, at eye level, with the mountains behind.
Red deer
Roaring stags at first light: four weeks in autumn when the valleys echo.

Golden eagle
The hunter of the high Alps, at its most visible over winter snow.

Wallcreeper
The butterfly of the rock faces: grey, crimson and almost impossible to find until it moves.

Crested tit
A small bird with a big character, at its best in snow-covered conifer forest.
