Effective date: 01 November 2025

Bookings & Payments

• 25% deposit confirms your place; balance due 30 days before the tour.
• Payments in CHF by bank transfer or card. Invoices include VAT where applicable.
• Gift vouchers/credits valid 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Changes

• Client cancellation: 30+ days: deposit retained; 15–29 days: 50% fee; 0–14 days: 100% fee.
• Weather & safety: We may adjust timing/location. If we must cancel, choose full refund or a new date.
• Minimum numbers: Group tours may require a minimum; alternatives offered if not met.

Fitness, Equipment & Insurance

• Guests are responsible for personal fitness and suitable clothing/footwear.
• Bring adequate camera protection, spare batteries, water/food.
• We recommend personal travel insurance covering mountain activities and camera equipment.

Wildlife Welfare & Site Conduct

• We follow our Ethical Wildlife Policy. The guide’s instructions on distance and behavior are mandatory.
• No baiting, playback, drones, or nest disturbance.
• Group size and time-on-subject may be limited to reduce disturbance.

Liability

Mountain travel and wildlife observation involve inherent risks. RSW assumes no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where required by Swiss law. You participate voluntarily and agree to follow guide instructions at all times.

Data & Privacy

We collect only the data needed to run your tour and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. Photos of participants will not be published without consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
